Phil Godfrey is planning to walk from the Scillies Isles right on to Shetland. This is in memory of his wife Christine who was diagnosed with APS in 2005 and who passed away in January 2015. Due to injuries sustained early on he is doing this in stages.

Knee Operation

Had the knee Operation last week, and it appears to have been successful. I see the Consultant in November to hear the full details.

So, at present, limping about and doing the required exercises, hoping it will stop aching soon.

Will spend the Autumn and suitable weather in the Winter retraining for the rest of England stages in 2018.

The wonderful news is that APS Support UK now benefited by £51,000.
