Success for The Lost Words Appeal

The Lost Words an enchanting and informative book by Jackie Morris and Robert MacFarlane was reviewed by Bernie Bell for The Orkney News . You can read about it in  The Lost Words Appeal which also alerted our readers to an Appeal.

The Appeal set out to  send a copy to every primary school in Scotland.

Not only has this been achieved but there is now an extension of the goal and to “purchase and deliver a copy of The Lost Words to every  Primary School, Secondary School and Special School in Scotland!”

A wonderful book and an opportunity for more to access it.
