A FLOOD WARNING has been issued for Churchill Barriers.

The prevailing weather forecast, along with high tides and large waves means that flooding from the sea is expected. Gale Force winds mean that a combination of wave overtopping, spray and debris may result in the closure of the Churchill Barriers.

The highest risk is either side of the next high tides, which are on Wednesday 3rd January at 04:00 and 15:30 GMT.
