A good deal of cloud for most areas through the day, with low cloud and a risk of haar from time to time. Also the chance of a few showers. Best chance of bright or sunny intervals in the west. Maximum temperature 14 °C.
Tonight:
Shetland staying mainly cloudy with occasional low cloud and haar along with a few showers. Any haar clearing Orkney, though still cloudy with scattered showers. Minimum temperature 10 °C.
Tuesday 28th May:
Shetland cloudy for much of day with occasional haar and some showers, but becoming sunnier towards evening. Orkney brighter with some sunny spells, perhaps the odd shower in west. Maximum temperature 15 °C.
Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:
A lot of dry weather apart from a few light showers. Still a slight haar risk at first for Orkney otherwise bright with some sunshine at times.
