We’ve been meaning to go to Heksmoar for some time, but haven’t had the chance. It was a sunny Saturday – we went to the Bu at Orphir for a short walk and butties on the beach….
Then on to Heksmoar in nearby Stenness parish….

We were looking for a clock as our Dining-room clock gave up the ghost months ago, and we found just the right one – a Tree of Life clock – hand-made by a friend of Ann’s. It went straight on the wall when we got home
Mike is good at dowsing and, up to now, has used a contraption made from empty biro cases and bits of coat-hanger – which have served their purpose well. Seeing these beauties in Heksmoar, he treated himself
And, in my den – for my cuppa – a slate coaster with triple spiral
We don’t often go out and spend like that – but – now and then – why not?
Ann also sells stellar socks and dried herbs for brewing up potions – medicinal or otherwise!
