It will be a mainly dry day with some sunny spells. Just the odd passing light shower this morning. Less windy than recent days with moderate westerly winds. Maximum temperature 12 °C.
Tonight:
This evening will be dry, Shetland remaining mostly clear. Thickening cloud will bring rain from the west during the early hours along with a freshening southerly wind. Minimum temperature 7 °C.
Saturday 14th September:
A cloudy day with a little rain spreading east during the afternoon, drier by evening. Windy with fresh to strong south or southwesterly winds. Maximum temperature 14 °C.
Outlook for Sunday to Tuesday:
Mainly dry and bright on Sunday with the odd passing shower. Dry on Monday and Tuesday.
