Sunny then clear intervals and occasional showers, again some of these quite heavy. Fresh to strong west or southwesterly winds. Minimum temperature 7 °C.
Wednesday 28 May :
A bright day with some sunny spells along with a few showers, these showers becoming isolated later. Fresh westerly breeze easing down further. Maximum temperature 12 °C.
Outlook for Thursday to Saturday:
Cloud and rain arriving Thursday morning, strong east winds, Orkney drier later. Sunny spells and a few showers follow Friday. Dry start Saturday then some rain later/
