Stromness may be a quiet place in November but you can still get excellent food.
The Pier Bistro and Takeway serves breakfast, lunches and snacks – if you want to take your food away to eat it – it does that too.
The menu prices are reasonable.
It was lunchtime and I was pleased to see that they serve half portions. They also have a kids menu if you have young ones with you.
I ordered a half portion of fish and chips. To drink – a regular Americano.
The food was fresh and scrumptious. Total price: £13.30.
The cafe is table service. The staff polite, friendly and efficient. A super place for a snack or lunch in Stromness.
