Helen’s Home Cooking Video & Recipe for Rocky Road.

This is a great recipe for using up any chocolate and sweeties you might have left over at Christmas – if that is possible.

Ingredients

  1. Melt the butter, chocolate and syrup in a large pan, set aside and allow to cool.
  2. Once cooled mix in the remaining dried ingredients including the filling(s) of your choice.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Press firmly into a lined tray.
  5. Allow to set in the fridge for around 2hrs.
  6. Cut into squares.
  7. Dust with a little icing sugar.
  8. Enjoy.
