Garden Square – nightclub, bowling alley, arcade, walled garden, and food/coffee kiosks in the centre of Kirkwall.
Lanes Bowling Alley : Opening Hours – Sunday to Thursday 12pm – 9.30pm, Friday 12pm – 10pm & Saturday 11am – 11pm
Footwear: You bowl in your own shoes. Shoes must have flat soles and closed toes.
Booking: Initially a walk-in only service, but online booking will be available soon.
Age Restrictions: Under 12s must always be accompanied by an adult (18+). 12-17-year-olds are permitted until 8pm daily. After 8pm, only those aged 18 and over are allowed in Lanes.
Bar: It is possible to visit Lanes for a drink without doing any of the activities. There is seating inside and the garden area is also licensed.
Smoking: For customers of Lanes and the garden there is a purpose-built smoking shelter. Smoking is permitted in the shelter only and nowhere else on site.
