Tankerness House Gardens, Kirkwall, is always a delight to visit. The gardeners have been very busy and the fruits of their labours are clear to see.
The area of remembrance commemorating baby loss has been tidied up and is now a beautiful, restful place, for the bereaved to come.
In the central grass area use has been made of the great stone carved thistle. The garden is a credit to all who contribute to its maintenance and development.
