It will be another cloudy day with some outbreaks of rain, again often light but with a few heavier spells possible, most likely for Orkney. Fresh southeasterly winds. Maximum temperature 7 °C.

Tonight:

It will stay cloudy through the evening and overnight with further outbreaks of mostly light rain, though there will be some heavier bursts at times. Fresh southeast winds. Minimum temperature 3 °C.

Tuesday 10 February :

It will be another cloudy day with further outbreaks of rain, this mostly light but some heavier spells possible. Freshening east to southeast winds through the day. Maximum temperature 6 °C.

Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:

Wednesday will remain mostly cloudy with outbreaks of rain, more frequent over Orkney. Colder weather with some wintry showers arriving during Thursday and Friday as winds turn northerly.
