Orkney could see a little light rain at times but much of day dry. Maximum temperature 6 °C.

Tonight:

A dry start over Shetland, but rain soon turning heavier over Orkney this evening and reaching Shetland by midnight, with strengthening southeasterly winds. Turning more showery before morning. Minimum temperature 4 °C.

Sunday 22 February :

There will be a mixture of bright or sunny intervals and occasional showers. Fresh to strong west to southwest breeze. A little milder. Maximum temperature 8 °C.

Outlook for Monday to Wednesday:

Some showers on Monday morning then becoming dry and sunny in the afternoon. Tuesday and Wednesday look cloudier with occasional rain.
