From Friday 2nd of April, the message in Scotland changes from ‘Stay at Home’ to ‘Stay Local’. Restrictions on non-essential travel remain in place and some services will be able to re-open on Monday 5th of April.

Orkney Lowest Spending for Mental Health Services in Scotland for Children & Young People
In Orkney in 2019/20 only £20 was spent per head of population, the lowest for any Health Board in Scotland. In comparison in The Western Isles £156 per head was spent.
