And so it was that on Saturday 21st of August 2021, another group of Orcadians, this time led by Dan Lee and the project team of ‘Orkney Energy Landscapes’, took to the hills and re-created that same walk.
Robbie McDonald is a talented young photographer producing outstanding images of Scotland’s landscape.
“when I went to the Outer Hebrides I just saw the rich colours of Harris Tweed everywhere and that made me push the colours I was using much further.”
The Scottish Government’s Rural Tourism Infrastructure Fund (RTIF) , administered by VisitScotland has £3million available in this latest round of funding.
The Convenor of Orkney Islands Council, West Mainland farmer Harvey Johnston, commended the work of the Orkney Land Access Forum.
