This helpline is for those who do not have a network of support, but who are at high risk if they contract COVID-19.

It is not for people who have received letters asking them to shield themselves.

It is for anyone who:

• cannot get online
• is over 70
• disabled
• requires the support of mental health services
• is pregnant
• receives a flu jab for health reasons

The call will be redirected to a local help centre.
