50 wines were on offer this evening with New Zealand and Spain featuring strongly including a white as well traditional red Port at the end.
Duncan Mclean of Kirkness and Gorie said that the event carried on the original tradition of Kirkness and Gorie which in 1859 sold local produce alongside produce not obtainable elsewhere in the County.

I wish we would have more wine festivals where I live. I really enjoyed the last one I went to and found several new wines I now buy to have on hand at home.
