Phil Godfrey is planning to walk from the Scillies Isles right on to Shetland. This is in memory of his wife Christine who was diagnosed with APS in 2005 and who passed away in January 2015. Due to injuries sustained early on he is doing this in stages.

Today

Weather good at first and started to rain about 2 ish only 1 hour but needed full wet gear.

The terrain was very steep and arduous with hard climbs and slippery slopes. Superb views around the countryside.

met lots of OD walkers nth to Sth.

Pub at Brompton closed when we got there at 15.15, so no lunchtime ish drink.

Mileage today 12.85
