The President of the Law Society of Scotland will be in Orkney on Tuesday 1st May to address solicitors.
Graham Matthews, President of the Law Society said:
“One of the great pleasures of being Law Society president is meeting solicitors from around the country who work in the diverse sectors of the legal profession.
“I will be listening to their views and any concerns or issues they face, offering support or advice where possible and explaining more about the work of the Law Society and how we serve our members’ needs. It’s also an excellent opportunity to discuss some of the major trends affecting the legal profession and talk about our future projects.”
The meeting will take place at The Orkney Hotel, Victoria Street, Kirkwall, 6.30pm for a 7pm start.
