Living Well with MS – Free Online Sessions

support-487504_960_720The MS Society Scotland is launching free online sessions for people who are recently diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.

The Living Well with MS online sessions will allow those affected by the neurological condition particularly in rural areas, to share their own experiences and connect with other people online who have also been diagnosed with MS in the last five years.

Taking place in September, the online sessions will give attendees the opportunity to learn about how to live well with the condition and build confidence in setting daily goals.

Coleen Kelly, Self-Management Lead for MS Society Scotland, said:

“We’re delighted to have received funding from the RS MacDonald Charitable trust to support this work to help people to live well with MS – especially for those living in remote or rural areas of Scotland.

“The sessions will give people the chance to chat, reflect on and share experiences and we are looking forward to offering Living Well with MS online to help people who have been diagnosed with MS within the last 5 years. “

There are 6 online sessions to choose from which are taking place between September to December 2018
