JOINT STATEMENT FROM HIAL AND PROSPECT AFTER ACAS TALKS

HIAL and Prospect met today. Discussions have been productive and the company has put forward proposals and identified potential funding sources which need further work to develop. Both sides have agreed to meet again on 24^th April and 3^rd May 2019.

Prospect has agreed to suspend the strike action on the 26^th April to allow discussions to continue.

Action short of a strike will continue.
