Today sees the start of MS Awareness Week running from 22nd – 28th of April.

In Orkney there are several events happening but you may also notice more orange than usual about the town – many local shops will be supporting MS Awareness Week by Going Orange.

Monday April 22nd from 9pm

St Magnus Cathedral will be lit up orange for the evening

Saturday April 27th 6 – 8pm – Inflatable Fun

A fun session on the inflatables for children up to 16 at the Pickaquoy Centre, Kirkwall

Free for any one affected by MS and their close pals.

Some refreshments available

Sunday April 28th 2 – 5pm – Afternoon Tea

Afternoon Tea – a light ‘tea’ of sandwiches & cakes. With entertainment and a raffle.
