Week Eleven – One Day At A Time

By Bernie Bell

March the Twelfth……….Some days Mike is stuck indoors at his work-station all day, no breaks, no fresh air.  So, hard to find something to admire or enjoy in the day – but……..it pays the bills…and we do appreciate that….especially in these times.

March the Thirteenth…….Preparing this year’s mixed veg patch..…a constant battle with Creeping Buttercup…..Mike calls them Garden Space Invaders……

March the Fourteenth…..Sandi Sand in all its ethereal glory………….

March the Fifteenth…..’A primrose on a mossy bank’…..or in this case, in a ditch….our first sighting of the year….

March the Sixteenth…….Mike went to the Picky for his first Covid jab…….well signed and well marshalled…….

He didn’t have much reaction at first – just felt a bit woozy.

It was all a bit strange though, as we usually associate going to the Picky with Ceilidhs, music events and wedding parties!  Different times.

And tomorrow…..is another day……

March the Seventeenth……Just can’t get enough of that…….. frog action…..

March the Eighteenth…..No pic today ….Mike is sleeping off his Covid jab…..it happens….it’ll be worth it.

Here’s hoping for our second dose?
