Cold, strong northerly winds will bring frequent wintry showers, heavy at times especially across Shetland. Snow settling in places. Strong to gale northerly winds easing later. Maximum temperature 4 °C.
Wintry showers easing for a time this evening before returning again overnight. Cold with a frost and some icy stretches. Fresh occasionally strong northerly winds easing in the early hours. Minimum temperature -1 °C.
Sunday 28th November:
Another cold day with scattered wintry showers, these becoming lighter and less frequent later. Light northerly winds. Maximum temperature 4 °C.
Outlook for Monday to Wednesday:
Cloudy on Monday and Tuesday with some occasional light rain, turning milder on Tuesday. Cold and showery on Wednesday.
