Elections to Orkney Islands Council take place on Thursday 5th May 2022. Anyone aged 16 or over that day, resident in Orkney and registered to vote, will be able to vote. You can register to vote (if you have not already registered) till Monday 18 April. Anyone registered to vote but not listed as a postal voter can apply to vote by post which must be returned by 5pm on Tuesday 19 April, or sooner.
