The breeze of an Orkney wind did not deter the many people who flocked to the 2022 Deerness Vintage Rally on Sunday 10th July.

The event held at the Deerness Community Centre was on all afternoon.

As well as vintage cars, a fine display of tractors and standing engines, young local musicians entertained the crowd with traditional tunes.

And for those needing refreshments the Community Association volunteers had baked up some treats.

The Orkney wind was helping too.
