The Orcades Model Club’s 2022 exhibition took place on 10th and 11th of September at KGS. Ably assisted by the Kirkwall BBs, the Club put on an amazing display of the variety of modellers and collectors in Orkney. They were joined by the Caithness Model Club, The Pentland Model Boat Club and exhibitors from Shetland.

Prizes were also awarded.

Best Exhibit 2022 awarded to Dave Stevenson.

James Falconer was a past exhibitor of the Orcades Model Show. His friends: Liam Chalmers, Aaron Drever, Ryan Manson and Katy Kirkness, presented The James Falconer Memorial Trophy to Graham Painter.

Best painted model was won by Eric Stevenson

The weekend event attracted crowds of all ages.
