Further showers, heavy at times, perhaps merging into the odd longer outbreak of rain. Mostly strong northwesterly winds, but they should ease across Shetland overnight. Minimum temperature 5 °C.
Tuesday 27th September:
Another showery day, but the showers should be more scattered with some drier and brighter spells. Chilly winds, turning north or northeast. Maximum temperature 11 °C.
Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:
Often dry and bright on Wednesday and Thursday with sunny spells and chilly nights. However, the chance of the odd shower, winds light. Rain and strengthening winds later on Friday.
