A breezy day with a mix of sunny spells and occasionally heavy showers. The showers become less heavy through the afternoon, but may merge towards evening to give a longer spell of rain. Fresh northwesterly then strengthening southwesterly winds. Maximum temperature 12 °C.

Tonight:

Outbreaks of rain or showers soon clearing to leave a mainly dry night with clear spells developing. However cloud is expected to increases towards dawn. Strong southerly or southwesterly winds. Minimum temperature 8 °C.

Sunday 9th October:

A cloudy morning with outbreaks of occasionally heavy rain soon spreading east, the rain clearing east through the afternoon with showers following. Occasionally severe southerly gales easing later. Maximum temperature 13 °C.

Outlook for Monday to Wednesday:

Rather cloudy with frequent showers, heavy at first, Monday. Bright morning Tuesday but cloudier with some rain in afternoon, the cloud and rain clearing on Wednesday afternoon. Windy at times.
