Mainly dry and bright in the morning, but perhaps the odd shower over Shetland. Cloud increasing in the afternoon with patchy rain spreading northwards. Light or moderate southerly winds turning southeasterly and freshening later. Maximum temperature 13 °C.
Rain or drizzle, mostly clearing overnight and cloud breaking to give clear spells for a time, though mostly for Orkney, with low cloud and fog spreading from southeast later Minimum temperature 8 °C.
Sunday 13th November:
Perhaps some early brightness, but mostly overcast, with low cloud and mist, perhaps fog at times. Also a little drizzle with moderate south or southeast winds. Maximum temperature 11 °C.
Outlook for Monday to Wednesday:
Mostly cloudy Monday, with drizzly showers and risk of fog, but southeast winds strengthening. Windy and cloudy Tuesday with rain at times. Heavy rain early Wednesday, drier, brighter in afternoon.
