On 13th of November 1940, the Walt Disney animated film Fantasia premiered.

The film open with live action scenes of an orchestra before taking us into the animated features.

Later edits included the removal of a racist stereotypical scene where a black sunflower polished the shoes of a white centaur.

There have been many spin offs and parodies of the film.
