Wanted: Project Manager, John Rae Society

We are looking for a self-motivated, delivery-driven project manager to lead a major renovation and building project on behalf of The John Rae Society.

Our ideal PM will have heritage sector experience, knowledge of historic buildings, and a high degree of organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. You will need the confidence and competence to take our project from paper to the perpendicular.

If you can nail a funding application, negotiate contracts, oversee operations, engage communities, meet deadlines and keep to a budget, (phew!) we would love to hear from you.

This is a self-employed position, mostly working from your own premises. A one-year contract is offered initially.

Salary: £30k -£35k PA Depending on Experience
