A chilly start then a fine day with some lengthy spells of sunshine and feeling quite warm over inland parts. Winds light and variable, settling into the south or southwest during the afternoon. Maximum temperature 14 °C.

Tonight:

Dry through the evening with sunny spells, then low cloud, mist and drizzle spreading in from the west to affect all parts by the end of the night. Minimum temperature 6 °C.

Saturday 3rd June:

Rather cloudy with mist and some light drizzle at times, perhaps a few brighter spells across eastern parts. Light or moderate north to northwesterly winds easing later. Maximum temperature 13 °C.

Outlook for Sunday to Tuesday:

Low cloud, mist and drizzle slowly clearing on Sunday but remaining rather cloudy, then brighter with perhaps a few showers on Monday. Mainly dry with some sunshine on Tuesday.
