Tonight:

Some brightness at first over Orkney. Otherwise, cloudy and misty with patchy drizzle, although Shetland becoming dry with clear spells later. Winds easing overnight. Minimum temperature 11 °C.

Tuesday 5th September:

Mainly cloudy and misty with patchy drizzle and haar over Orkney and Fair Isle. Shetland looks dry with bright spells. Light winds. Maximum temperature 16 °C.

Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:

Mostly dry with some bright spells but also some low cloud and haar at times. Perhaps a few showers on Thursday night. Occasionally fresh southerly winds.
