The windows of Northlight will feature 400 years of books from Friday this week until the 12th October. Passers-by will be able to view a number of books from the workbench of Hamnavoe Bookbinders of Stromness, newly finished and still-in-progress. These will nestle amongst volumes from HB’s collection of historical examples, the oldest dating from 1609. – Mark Summers.
