Tonight:

Any showers across Orkney soon dying out this evening then dry with clear periods. Cloudy at times across Shetland with the odd shower. Light winds. Minimum temperature 3 °C.

Wednesday 8th November:

Wind and rain spreading northeast to Orkney by early afternoon and to Shetland from late afternoon. Drier weather developing across Orkney later. Strong southeasterly winds. Maximum temperature 9 °C.

Outlook for Thursday to Saturday:

Early rain across Shetland on Thursday otherwise a bright few days with occasional showers. Mostly dry on Saturday.
