Seven members of Tsuchigumo Daiko will be joined for a concert at the Orkney Theatre on 25th November by drummers from the Kirkwall City Pipe Band and Jeff Moore and his fiddle. The musicians have been working together to create something unique – bringing their instruments together in conversation, blending Orkney sounds with Japanese beats (and a touch of Glasgow as well ….). Definitely something not to be missed.
Join us for a great evening of music (and a raffle). And don’t forget about the workshops Friday at 5:30pm and Saturday 10am and 11:15 for an energising hour of fun and music. Any workshop participant who books an Adult ticket is also entitled to a £5 discount on the regular Adult concert ticket price of £10.
