A windy day with some bright or sunny spells and a few showers. Showers will be occasionally heavy with hail. Fresh to strong southwesterly winds, occasionally gale force this afternoon. Maximum temperature 7 °C.

Tonight:

A few showers this evening, briefly heavy across Shetland and Fair Isle. Becoming drier and less windy in the early hours allowing some patchy frost and ice. Minimum temperature 2 °C.

Wednesday 14th February ♥ :

A mainly dry day with sunny spells, still a shower possible across Shetland at first. Rain will spread north in the evening. Maximum temperature 7 °C.

Outlook for Thursday to Saturday:

Chance of some rain on Thursday followed by a dry day on Friday. Further rain extending east on Saturday.
