The odd shower at first in the morning otherwise a dry day with bright or sunny periods in a light breeze. High cloud will spread over Orkney as southeast winds strengthen later Saturday afternoon. Maximum temperature 7 °C.

Tonight:

A dry evening as increasing cloud spreads to Shetland. Outbreaks of rain follow northeast later, reaching Shetland shortly before morning. Minimum temperature 3 °C.

Sunday 17th March 🍀 :

Cloudy with outbreaks of rain Shetland at first, otherwise bright or sunny spells with the occasional shower. Maximum temperature 8 °C.

Outlook for Monday to Wednesday:

Bright spells, a few showers Monday morning, otherwise dry. cloudy with patchy rain on Tuesday becoming dry with bright or sunny spells Wednesday.
