Orkney will be dry with some good spells of sunshine. Showers across Fair Isle and Shetland dying out this morning to leave a dry although often cloudy day. Light southerly winds. Maximum temperature 10 °C.

Tonight:

Dry this evening. The rest of the night will remain dry with variable amounts of cloud, some misty low cloud developing across Shetland. Light winds. Minimum temperature 3 °C.

Sunday 31st March:

Any overnight mist clearing from Shetland. Otherwise a dry day with some sunshine, best of this across Orkney. Light winds. Maximum temperature 11 °C.

Outlook for Monday to Wednesday:

A dry few days with some sunny spells. Becoming much colder with a chance of overnight frost.
