Today 2nd April:

Tuesday will continue dry with the morning staying cloudy before a few brighter spells build through the afternoon. It will feel cold in strong northeast winds. Maximum temperature 5 °C.

Tonight:

Another dry night with cloudy skies and the odd clear spell at first. Fresh to strong northeast winds continue but clear spells increase overnight. Minimum temperature 2 °C.

Wednesday 3rd April:

Mostly cloudy, windy and dry with bright or sunny spells, The chance of an odd shower Shetland later. Maximum temperature 5 °C.

Outlook for Thursday to Saturday:

Bright spells, dry Thursday morning then scattered afternoon showers. A band of weakening rain spreads north Friday followed by strengthening wind and widespread rain Saturday.
