Today 7th May:

A dry day. Starting off cloudy across Shetland otherwise a much brighter day than of late with some sunny spells. Brisk northwesterly winds at first across Shetland. Maximum temperature 12 °C.

Tonight:

Dry this evening with some sunshine. The rest of the night will remain dry but high cloud will spill across from the west. Fresehing southerly winds later. Minimum temperature 6 °C.

Wednesday 8th May:

Much of the day will be dry but rain will spread from the west by early evening. Fresh occasionally strong south to southwesterly winds. Maximum temperature 13 °C.

Outlook for Thursday to Saturday:

Damp, misty on Thursday but turning drier and clearer across Shetland. Remaining dull and misty on Friday with some rain and drizzle. Dry and brighter on Saturday.
