Today 13th June:

Shetland will have bright spells and the odd shower. Orkney will be dry with some bright or sunny spells. Winds will be light and variable. Maximum temperature 13 °C.

Tonight:

A dry bright start to the evening but cloud soon thickening to bring outbreaks of rain, along with a freshening east to southeasterly breeze. Minimum temperature 8 °C.

Friday 14th June:

It will be a cloudy day with outbreaks of rain, most persistent over Shetland and accompanied by strong easterly winds. Orkney turning drier later. Maximum temperature 14 °C.

Outlook for Saturday to Monday:

The weekend unsettled with showers or longer spells of rain, but a few sunny intervals too. Probably a bit drier on Monday with cool northerly breezes.
