A cloudier morning with the odd shower possible. Then generally dry with some sunny spells and mainly light winds, but a few afternoon showers for Orkney. Maximum temperature 16 °C.

Tonight:

A dry evening with some late sunshine for Shetland. A few showers for Orkney at first, but these dying out. Staying mainly dry overnight with some clear spells. Minimum temperature 9 °C.

Saturday 27th July:

Mainly dry with sunny spells and light winds but the odd shower possible, particularly for Orkney through the afternoon. Maximum temperature 16 °C.

Outlook for Sunday to Tuesday:

A generally dry and bright Sunday with some sunny spells and a few passing showers. Cloud thickening later Monday with some evening rain. Mainly dry Tuesday with the odd shower.
