A bright day with some sunny spells. Chance of the odd shower, mainly over Shetland. Freshening southwesterly winds veering westerly later, giving a cooler feel. Maximum temperature 16 °C.

Tonight:

Sunny intervals this evening then clear intervals overnight, along with one or two showers. Fresh to strong westerly winds gradually easing down to become mainly light by morning. Minimum temperature 10 °C.

Wednesday 31st July:

Another mainly dry day with some bright or sunny spells, but thicker patches of cloud could still bring a light shower. Lighter winds. Maximum temperature 16 °C.

Outlook for Thursday to Saturday:

Dry with some sunny spells on Thursday and Friday. Cloudier with some rain overnight and early Saturday then brightening up with scattered showers.
