Chance of a few rain or sleet showers in the morning. The odd shower may persist for Shetland into the afternoon, but otherwise it will be a dry, cold and bright day. Fresh northerly winds easing. Maximum temperature 8 °C.

Tonight:

Dry with some clear spells through the evening. Staying dry with some clear spells and light winds overnight. Quite chilly. Minimum temperature 2 °C.

Monday 14th October:

Mainly dry with some early brightness. Gradually becoming cloudier from the west through the day, with the chance of a little rain for a time later. Milder than Sunday Maximum temperature 10 °C.

Outlook for Tuesday to Thursday:

Dry with some brightness on Tuesday before rain spreads north on Wednesday, heavy for a time, then clearing east through Thursday. Becoming milder and windier.
