Today 4th December:

This morning will see sunny spells and a few passing showers. This afternoon will be mainly dry but clouding over from the southwest. Moderate west to southwesterly winds. Maximum temperature 8 °C.

Tonight:

Wet, windy weather will extend northeast this evening. Drier, clearer weather with the odd shower following on behind. Southeasterly gale or severe gales this evening, winds easing overnight. Minimum temperature 5 °C.

Thursday 5th December:

A mainly dry day with some bright spells in the morning. Chance of one or two showers. Brisk southwesterly winds at first. Maximum temperature 7 °C.

Outlook for Friday to Sunday:

A cold few days with frequent showers, these occasionally heavy and wintry with hail. Brisk winds at times.
