Tonight:

Patchy cloud with some clear spells through this evening and overnight, with a few showers. More persistent rain for a time over Orkney. Minimum temperature 4 °C.

Friday 27th December:

Sunny spells to start the day on Friday with just the odd shower. Clouding over into the evening with outbreaks of rain pushing northwards. Maximum temperature 8 °C.

Outlook for Saturday to Monday:

Sunny spells and scattered showers on Saturday, breezy. More persistent rain on Sunday, heavy at times. Showers on Monday turning wintry.
