Today 13 March:

A bright day with some sunny spells and scattered showers. Showers may be heavy and wintry at times especially over high ground with the best of any sunny spells over Shetland. Maximum temperature 5 °C.

Tonight:

Cloudy with showers which may be heavy and wintry at times through the evening. Overnight showers becoming more blustery but with more dry and clear spells developing. Minimum temperature 2 °C.

Friday 14 March:

A few blustery showers possible in the morning. Showers to leave a dry afternoon with spells of sunshine developing and winds easing. Maximum temperature 6 °C.

Outlook for Saturday to Monday:

Settled over the weekend to Monday with the odd shower possible at times but remaining largely dry with sunny spells breaking through at times.
