Today 13 April:

Early rain soon clearing Shetland. Then it will be a mainly dry day with just the odd passing shower and some sunny spells. A colder day with moderate to fresh westerly winds. Maximum temperature 10 °C.

Tonight:

Perhaps the odd shower continuing over western coastal areas but for most it will be a dry night with some clear spells and a moderate to fresh southerly breeze. Minimum temperature 6 °C.

Monday 14 April:

Another bright day with some sunshine and one or two showers, these perhaps turning heavier later in the day. Moderate to fresh southerly breeze. Maximum temperature 11 °C.

Outlook for Tuesday to Thursday:

Bright start Tuesday then cloudier with some showers, perhaps longer spells of rain later. Wednesday dry with some sunny spells, Bright start Thursday, chance of some rain later.
